Thank you for contacting MyThemeShopToday.

The reference site is using some kind of plugin for achieving that or they might have done a custom page there.

By default the home page support only sidebar widget area and footer widget area with the theme.

Yes, the reference site have a single sidebar with multiple widgets in it.

You can achieve that with Schema theme too.
