[Rank Math SEO Plugin] Dynamically created H2 to the Beginning of the Title

Hello,
please check this link, this is one of 217 dynamically created pages (third party content pulled from another server using a plugin) within this one page:  /shop

Moved to Sensitive Data section

I just want to add this:   » Category: Personal Finance
automatically before the already added meta title..   

and similarly for all the other pages..
/shop?cs_category=1
/shop?cs_category=2
/shop?cs_category=3
etc..

From page source you can find this >>
<h2 class=”cs_plugin_title”>» Category: Personal Finance</h2>

I want to prevent duplicate titles for all the 200+ pages..

I'm on shared hosting,   is this server intensive?  will it cause any load on the server ?!
