As soon as the plug is deactivated, orders are being sent to the gateways again. If it is active, user is redirected to the check-your-order-page while no order goes out. Any ideas? Please use some text for meta description. I checked on your staging site with custom text and the orders were being sent to the payment gateway. I activated Rank Math plugin on staging site, but none of its option appeared in menu. Also when I tried to place order, I got an error Payment method is not available. Be advised that this problem might occur again with german customers especially as that very shortcode is used on a separate page required by law, hence delivered "as is" by the 'german market' plugin, authored by marketpress.
