  1. Hello,

It's ok to have product categories in the Product Section in Google Search Console as basic Product markup is added in the Product Category pages which let Google understand that the page contains a big list of products that fit the category as seen in the page title. There is nothing wrong in that.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you.

  2. Hello,

If you've recently made the changes, then probably Google hasn't indexed the new changes yet. It can take up to a week for Google to index the changes you made, depending on how often your website is crawled.

Please stay advised Google can or cannot index a site. There are a lot of factors at play and the quality of your article is just one of the factors. If Google determines your content isn't helpful to users, they might take weeks to index it. In contrast, they index unique and really helpful content within a few hours of posting. You can't get Google to index. You can only make everything available to them which is what Rank Math is there for. Google will index the content when they want.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you.

  3. Hello,

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The post-sitemap1.xml and post-sitemap2.xml was not working on your site. I got 500 Memory exhausted error when I tried to access these pages. The memory limit set on your site is not enough to load 1000 posts at a time in a Sitemap. So to fix it, I logged into your site and I changed the Links per Sitemap value in Sitemap Settings to 200 from 1000.

Now the sitemap is loading fine on your site. Please try submitting your Sitemap again in Google Search Console.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

  4. Hello,

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The warning you see in Google Structured data testing tool is not for the wrong location added in Settings but for adding the field which is not supported in the Organization Schema. The hasMap and geo field are used in the schema like Residence, Store, LocalBusiness etc. For Organization type, these fields are not required, you can simply remove the Geo-coordinates value from Settings to fix this. Or if you want to show the location in schema then use LocalBusiness schema instead of Organization.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

  5. Hello,

It looks like the Staging environment is not set up properly. When I try to launch the application from Cloudways a popup appears asking for the username and password. The popup continues to appear even after adding username and password. Can you please check that and add the staging site URL, username and password in the Sensitive Data Section?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

  7. Hello,

On Product category pages basic Product markup is needed ( name, price, URL pointing to the single product page). The idea here is to let Google understand that that page contains a big list of products that fit the category as seen in the page title. The warning you see in Google Structured data tool is for the missing recommended fields, those fields are not required on category pages. You can read more about it here: https://moz.com/community/q/schema-markup-concerning-category-pages-on-an-ecommerce-site

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you.

  8. RHello,

Please ignore my previous comment. The HTML looked broken on your site because you are using Review schema which by default shows the Rating data above the content. I logged into your site, and I changed the Rating data position to Custom in Dashboard >> Pages >> Home >> Rank Math SEO >> Rich Snippet >>  Review Location: Oo4xli+

When you use Review Schema on site, Google states that the rating information must be visible on the page too. So, please add a shortcode rank_math_review_snippet in your content instead of using Below & Above content in Location to show the Review Data on the frontend to meet the Google guidelines.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if there is anything else.

    Thank you.

  9. Hello,

I see the issue on your site but unfortunately, I could not reproduce it on my setup. Even after activating the previous version of the plugin i.e v1.0.16 the header looks broken. Can you please share FTP access to your site in the Sensitive Data Section, so we can check if any errors are logged in a debug.log file and fix it?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

  10. Hello,

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

To help you faster, we would like you to perform a quick conflict check on your website using the instructions below. You can follow these instructions on your live website as well, as running this conflict check does not affect your website visitors.

Here are the steps for you to follow.

    1. Log into your WordPress Administrator, and navigate to the dashboard
    2. Navigate to 'Plugins', and go to 'add new'
      T9Ch6
    3. On the next page, enter 'Health Check' in the search bar and wait for the screen to refresh
      d0qdd
    4. The official Health Check plugin by WordPress.org should be visible as the first result. Please install and activate the plugin
      OP6bX
    5. You will reach the plugin page automatically, and a notice will appear. Click 'I understand' to continue
      kmNot
    6. On the WordPress Menu on the left, hover over the dashboard. You will notice a new 'Health Check' option, click on it
      j3RNi
    7. On the page that appears, there will be several tabs. Please navigate to the 'Troubleshooting' tab
      To02q
    8. Press the 'Enable Troubleshooting Mode' to start the troubleshooter
      zDFyO

Once you complete these steps, you are in troubleshooting mode. All the plugins on your website have been disabled only for you. Your theme has also been disabled, but only for you.

To diagnose the root cause of your problem, you would enable each plugin one by one until an issue is found. The last plugin that causes the issue will probably the cause of the conflict. Here are the steps in more detail.

    1. With all plugins and the theme disabled, try reproducing the issue.
      1. If you still have the issue, your WordPress setup is the root of the problem.
      2. If not, then continue.
    2. On the top bar, navigate to the 'Troubleshooting Mode', hover over it, and enable the MyThemeShop plugin in question. After that, try to reproduce the issue. u7oyK
      1. If you have the issue, the plugin is conflicting with WordPress
      2. If not, then the plugin is not causing issues with WordPress. Continue to the next step
    3. Navigate to the "Troubleshooting Mode" in the top bar again, and enable any other plugin. Then try reproducing the issue. qHIDj
      1. If you have the issue, then the plugin you just activated is conflicting with the MyThemeShop Plugin
      2. If not, then this plugin is not causing issues with the MyThemeShop plugin

Repeat step no 3 by enabling one plugin at a time and checking if the problem exists. When the problem happens, the plugin you last activated is causing the issue.

If the issue is still not resolved, then it might be an issue with the theme you are using. Here is how you confirm if your theme and the MyThemeShop plugin are conflicting with each other.

    1. Enter troubleshooting mode again using the instructions above.
    2. Using the Troubleshooting mode, activate your regular theme by selecting the 'Use your current theme option'. kY14f
    3. Activate the MTS plugin you want to check and try to reproduce the issue. u7oyK
      1. If the issue appears, your theme conflicts with the MTS plugin.
      2. If not, then the issue is with another plugin. You can continue enabling other plugins to pinpoint the plugin and contact their support for a resolution.

Once you complete the above steps, please let us know.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

  14. Hello,

Are you using Gutenberg editor? The option to set Primary Category is not available in Gutenberg yet. Our Development team is working on adding the option and you'll see it soon in the future updates of the plugin. Can you please install and activate Classic Editor plugin for now?

If you don't want to install Classic Editor plugin, then please share your login details in the Sensitive Data Section, so I can check and add the filter code in your theme's functions.php file to show Category hierarchy.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank

  15. Hello,

I logged into your site and I added below code in Dashboard >> Settings >> WP Rocket >> Advanced Rules >> Never Cache URLs:

    /(.*)sitemap(.*).xml
    /(.*)sitemap.xsl

WP Rocket was caching the sitemap URL which was causing the problem.

Also, I noticed the checkout, cart and my-account page on your site is not set to noindex. They are being indexed and shown in the Sitemap.

Hope that helps. Please let us know if there is anything else.

    Thank you.

I work for a company that runs WooCommerce, and the biggest issue we have right now is that the URL skips our categories and subcategories, which raises some issues since we cannot share for instance, /clothing/dresses/ with our prospects, because it returns the 404 error page, this happens even if we share the parent category, /clothing/. How we can get this fixed?

To show the category base in product URL, please navigate to Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Woocommerce and disable Remove Category Base & Remove parent slugs option:

Also, we noticed that our stop words work with posts, but not with WooCommerce URLs, should it not be working with both?

The Stopwords functionality works for all the Posts including Woocommerce Products. Please note, the stop words will only affect the auto-generated URL for newly created Posts, it will not change the URL of the existing posts. Is it not working for you on new Woocommerce posts?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

  17. Hello,

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

To show ancestor category, please navigate to   Dashboard >> Rank Math >> General Settings >> Breadcrumbs and enable Show Category(s) option. Then in your post, set child category as a primary term. So say for eg: Computer is a parent of Mouse, then mark Mouse as the primary term:

     EAzqIw+

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

  18. Hello,

The pages you added in the Sensitive Data Section i.e terms, privacy and cookies are already set to index. The Page sitemap was disabled which I enabled it now but the sitemap is still not showing the page-sitemap.xml. It looks like server cache are enabled on your site. Can you please confirm and clear the cache if it is enabled?

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
