    1. No, there won't be any licensing issue once you purchase the theme. But you need to install MyThemeShop: Themes/Plugin Updater plugin on your site and connect your site with your MyThemeShop account so that your license will get activated automatically.

    2. No, there are no such restrictions. You can edit the codes as per your requirement.

    3. We do not provide any separate support service for Premium products at the moment. You need to get a license of the product with which you'll get 1 year of support to that product.

    4. We can offer support for the product. But not for your customization.

    You do not have a Premium license of your account. That's the reason we suspect you as a Free user.

    Also, before we reply to your ticket, we have confirmed that from the respective team. Thus took time.

    And, if your Developer have installed that on your site, ask them to update the plugin to the latest version.

    If still facing issue, ask them to start a new ticket in the Premium Support forum and share the WP Login details so that we can check that for you.
