I've been online since before the web, and have built Wordpress sites since 2005 (WP version 1.5).
I've probably worked with 100 different themes, both paid & free, and have developer licenses for all the 'big name' themes (Studiopress, Woo, Optimizepress, etc).
This is the first time I've asked support for help that required custom CSS, and not only received help & functional code the same day, but asked for more help, and got more support & functional code - all on the same first day I posted!
And this for a theme [schema] I paid just 9 bucks for (initial release promotion)...!
This was the kind of customer experience that makes customers for life - thanks!
